    Aloha and welcome to the Hi-Phi Kempo Karate System.  Hi-Phi Kempo Karate system is a gentler form
    of Martial Arts. Hi-Phi Kempo Karate is a mixture of Hawaiian and Pilipino
    which focuses on practicing self defense and developing life skills in a way that is designed to be fun and
    informative while maintaining our focus on positive state of mind.  The purpose of Hi-Phi Kempo Karate
    is to promote Unity (of family and community), Physical Fitness (for health), Sports (sportsmanship), and
    Self Defense (personal protection).


    Hi-Phi Kempo focuses on praise and positive reinforcement, so it is perfect for students as young as four
    years old and it is an excellent program for students with conditions such as ADD or ADHD who may not
    respond well in other Martial Arts programs. As in other forms of Martial Arts, students will be tested in
    order to advance belt levels.

    We strive to develop peace of mind and complete relaxation, which helps in everyday life and prepares
    one to go through our rigorous society with honesty, serenity, and harmony. Join us today.

    Private Dance Lessons for Special Occasions

    Want to learn a special dance for your next special occasion?  Whether it's for a wedding, birthday,
    anniversary party or you just want to show off your new skill, Lokes Looks offers private dance lessons in
    Salsa, Belly Dance and Hawaiian dance.

    You'll learn the basics of Salsa, Belly Dance or Hawaiian dance to get the steps and rhythms down.  Then
    your instructor will help you to put all the steps together and choreograph a basic routine. In just a few
    classes (if you practice), you'll be ready to dance at that special event including the first dance at your
    Wedding or dance for that special someone's Anniversary or Birthday Party!

    Private dance lessons are just $20.00 per hour, per person/couple.(2 person max)  
    Dancing is not only a great way to exercise, lose unwanted pounds, tone and shape your body but it;s
    always a lots of fun.  Dancing is a good aerobic workout and guaranteed to build stamina and endurance
    as well.  So, wear comfortable shoes and clothing and get ready to Dance!
